[FEATURE] Add optional www redirect

Add an optional www redirect rule in addition to the project domain.

Feature

This project currently deploys a Grav CMS for a domain (e.g. example.com). This feature should add a redirect rule for the www subdomain (e.g. www.example.com) to the deployment.

The redirect rule should be optional.

Purpose of the feature

This feature will allow the Grav CMS website to be accessible from both the domain and the www subdomain.

Additional information

The addition of a redirect rule for the www subdomain must preceed certbot configuration for the TLS certificate for this subdomain (otherwise, the certificate request will fail).
