Add option to upgrade all deployed projects in the host-upgrade.sh automation script.

Purpose of the feature

Currently, the host-upgrade.sh automation script stops all containers and upgrades the host server. Upgrades of deployed projects need to be triggered individually for each project.

This feature would automate this process and give the option to also upgrade deployed projects when the host-upgrade.sh automation script is run.

Alternatives

A dedicated automation script.
