activex component can't create object while open client.exe project

how to fix it

copy and paste dx8vb.dll to system32 or syswow64

if you still can't
try manually registering the files at runtime

regsvr32 "C:\Windows\system32\dx8vb.dll"

if still can't, try to install runtime and add dll manually
