Add option to disable blur while screen is locked

I was perusing the reviews on the Play Store when I noticed someone mentioning they'd like the ability to see the artwork in its full, unblurred glory while the keyguard is up and blurring once more when the screen is unlocked. Seemed simple enough so I whipped this up.

I was looking for this feature myself, thanks @EddieRingle!

On a side note, a friend of mine is looking for the opposite functionality: To blur while the screen is locked and unblur while once the screen is unlocked.

This would be great to have, I was also looking for this feature. On the home screen it is nice to have it blurred but on the lock screen it would be great to enjoy the wallpaper unblurred.

Just started using muzei and this was the functionality I was looking for. Good to see that it's already done. Hope to see this in the app soon.
