Adds explicit checks for read-only snapshot before attempting to perform a modification operation. As per ConcurrentMap/Iterator interface specification, throw an UnsupportedOperationException if such an attempt is made. Signed-off-by: Robert Varga <robert.varga@pantheon.sk>
