0.11 tag is named "py2app-0.11" should it be "altgraph-0.11" instead? #5

It should, but it is not possible to rename tags and I don't think it is worth the trouble of retagging. I'll just have to be more careful when tagging the next release.

Could you create a new tag altgraph-0.11 at the same revision as the py2app-0.11 tag without removing the erroneous tag? The fact that the altgraph-0.11 tag is missing completely is very confusing. I'm not familiar with hg, I guess tags are a little different than with git?
