It would be awesome if this addon supported Ember without jQuery. $.ajaxPrefilter is preventing that in the initializer

Hello. I'm bumping this so that @kobsy's PR may be looked at and merged. I ran into this problem while working on an Ember 3.8 app without jQuery.

Looks like this was fixed in #40, just hasn't been released yet.
