Save changes made to the web ui

• Problem description:

The changes made to the web ui (shown/hidden columns, shown / collapsed bottom tab, theme) are not saved and get reset everytime the web ui is closed, they should be saved somehow with the transmission config every time something is changed.

@TheHacker66 If Using the same browser, the settings of the interface should be saved automatically. If it is not saved properly, try clearing the cache and restoring the default settings before try again.

Hi @ronggang, it works here at home just for some time and then when i revisit the page it goes back to the default theme.
