While researching a little around,
i found out, that parity fether also works with goerli
but only in a one constellation (which i want to describe) it works permanently.
easy steps to follow:
1. start your goerli node, with json-enabled like e.g.
(--jsonrpc-apis web3,eth,net,parity,rpc,parity_set,personal)
wait until you see the node starting looking as follows

and so on- wait 30 seconds until the node finds peers and works
2. start another terminal
3. type in "fether"-
4. wait- and ignore all notifications
5. viola!

we can see a fether, notifying the user that it skipped "itself" running a local node-
as tried out 4 times successful to transfer it also worked.
