Documented Functions of Bioinformatics during Master Degree
dfbmd is a package which consises of documented functions, many of them are orginated from my computing work during my master degree to solve some problems of bioinformatics:
- ROC comparision curve of different models
- Drug-drug interaction prediction
- Clustering method with basic R code
- Other R tools to make research work easier
