Currently in ROOT version 6.22 >Tensorflow is supported but with a standalone keras (with Keras version >= 2.3)

The keras shipped with tensorflow (tf.keras) is instead not supported.
It is now needed since LCG software distributions (from LCG 98) have Keras 2.2 which is not compatible
