I'm trying to basically produce plots and I just want to use matplotlib using rootpy's root2matplotlib (which is fantastic). One of the issues is that 0.7.1 doesn't have rootpy.plotting.utils but it is in the master. Notice that the docs have http://www.rootpy.org/auto_examples/plotting/plot_matplotlib_hist.html . I am going to go ahead and install rootpy via the head of the repo, but just wanted to flag it.
