Could you please make sure to git tag each CRAN release https://github.com/ropensci/ijtiff/tags - looks like you got v1, but didn't git tag your most recent CRAN release

And plop in associated NEWS items for that release - thanks! e.g., https://github.com/ropensci/taxize/releases/tag/v0.9.3

These two things make it easier for people to find the associated changes with each new version

also note that in your release notes you can link to issues like (#1), which will link to your issue 1, and likewise for any other issue (these hyperlinks don't work elsewhere)
