Discussing package reviewing process

I don't know if it's the most efficient use of our time at the unconference as it seems like it's a topic that has been thought about internally, but there might be interesting ideas and suggestions popping out given the diversity of experience and expertise at the unconference.

I definitely want to get more feedback and ideas here. (I know @jimhester, for instance, has experience with the Bioconductor review process).

+1 @fmichonneau, I agree that because of the diversity of experience and expertise at the unconference I would definitely appreciate attending a discussion on this topic.
