Describe the current state/issue
Current AWS EC2 bastion host uses Linux 1 AMI, which will lose support 31 Dec 2023 per https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/update-on-amazon-linux-ami-end-of-life/

Describe the desired state/solution
Build new bastion host using lastest AWS Linux AMI and ensure it can still access Fargate containers.
