The Pageable object included in Spring Boot JPA dependency allow us to implement the pagination functionality converting this object in to SQL statements.
This Utils class allow us to apply the Pageable attributes to a list of objects.
How to use it...
The listToPage static method receives a list of objects and returns the requested Page of object.
//Pageable object with options defined by the client (page, size and sort)
Pageable pageable...
//List of objects retrieved from an external data source
List<MyObjectDto> objectsList = externalApiService.getAllUsersData();
//Applying the pageable options to the object lists
