Use an existing format or create one. Would like to leverage existing GUI tools, if possible, to generate mission plans.

We will use the BehaviorTree.CPP library (https://github.com/BehaviorTree/BehaviorTree.CPP), which parses XML input describing the behavior tree. This format can be used for persistent storage of Behavior Trees.
