Asset Precompilation

We need a way that assets can be precompiled.

It seems like the most unobtrusive way for that to be done is providing a synchronous Server#build() function that can run alongside all the require calls on app initialization.

The other option would be to make a binary where you could run npm assets:precompile or something of that ilk from the project root to have the assets precompiled
