Is it possible to make section of mu4e in dotemacs.org editable by hand ? This way every user will enter his own credential.

p.s Du coup je souhaite que cette configuration soit la config par defaut d'Emacs. Indiscutablement la plus jolie visuelement de toutes les configurations.

Du coup est-ce possible d'avoir un dashboard comme https://github.com/emacs-dashboard/emacs-dashboard/blob/master/etc/screenshot.png
mais un dashboard méthode rougier ?

Le premier couturier d'Emacs ?
Je propose un autre nom pour la config... BESPOKEMACS :)
Bravo pour le produit final

Not sure I get what you mean. The section is editable since this is a regular org document but I guess you've something else in mind.

I thought launching mu4e for the first time will ask our credential, but it was not the case,
in my previous emacs config based on M-EMACS, the mu4e section,https://github.com/wereket/.emacs.d#mu4e, I can edit to put my own gmail credential.

For gmail, you can probably adapt my code if you're on OSX. Also, this post is great: https://macowners.club/posts/email-emacs-mu4e-macos/
