AAC Profile HE-AAC cannot be detected or made for ts stream. #18

The module can't correctly set the audio header of an output as LC Audio instead of HE-AAC Audio, so it gives broken, inaudible sound. Can you fix this?

Same as #2 (comment) this issue!

Want to know how to fix this.

@korusdipl you can increase or decrease the frequency of audio which is he-aac profile
