I am having issues in using btkReorientDiffusionSequenceToStandard to reorient my fetal brain DTI to the standard position. If I directly define l,r,p,a on the raw image that was converted by dcm2nii, the commend could not correctly orient the image. I am using slicer version 4.10.2
I thought it was related to the header information in dwi.nii that was not compatible with 3D slicer, so I tried to remove the header information. It works correctly now, but once I remove the header information, the gradient table need to be modified too and I don't know how to do deal with that.
Could you give me an idea how I can do this in a more efficient way?
Thanks,
Dan
