As a New Zealand ORCID Hub, I want to have a Research Organisation Registry, So that I can mirror the contents of the Tuakiri Federation Registry for research organisations, also determine the roles and the scope available to administrators, and to provide structure to the segregated access token store.

The contents of Research organisation registry should be saved in database such as PostgreSQL through Restful API call.

The registry is implemented into application models Organisation, and partially OrgInfo. Organisation initially get automatically populated when user logs in via TUAKIRI.
