Ability to stop/start timer from PiP view #5

Right now if you minimize timer to PiP window there is no way of controlling it. So no way to stop of start it.
It would be good to use PiP controls to https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/picture-in-picture#add_controls give users more freedom
