Hi, hiredis doesn't support TLS, is it possible to remove the dependency from modis?

Hey! Sorry for the very late answer. I don't use modis myself but I believe I can now publish new versions since it has been donated to the rpush GitHub organization.

If somebody wants to tackle this, feel free to open a PR. I cannot speak for the necessity of this dependency however.
