With SharePoint 2016 we have deployed SLK and we are facing issue in opening course occassionally saying This site has not been shared with you

Hello Friends,

we have deployed the SLK on SharePoint 2016 and everything working smoothly however, we faced the issue when course is opened, we get SharePoint standard permission denied error while opening assignment for the learner.

other symptoms are as below:

1. initially the course package opens perfectly for learner even though after multiple time save and close
2. after some time, when we do begin/resume assignment, the main content section of course preview start showing standard access denied page for all learners.

Is there any bugs/configuration problem?
