@rrelyea: I’m not aware of VA or IHS availability of Evusheld.
My lists come from HHS, via healthdata.gov
Any provider can choose to have sites listed by HHS.

Reply: "I received Evusheld at the VA, but I’ve never figured out a way to track their resources."
