bug: visibility toggle is not preserved on thunderbird restart #21

Steps to reproduce:

Hide a birthday calendar from the calendar view (via the eye-icon in the left sidebar).
Close and re-open thunderbird

Expected behaviour:
The birthdays stay hidden (as all other hidden calendars stay hidden too).

Actual behaviour:
The birthdays are visible again.

PS: Thanks for this very useful add-on! Reallly like it.

This is a known upstream issue, see Thunderbird bug 1673280.
