Automatic reverse on registration #129

Registration should manage between 4 options:

no address setup + no reverse setup -> AddrRegistrar
address setup + no reverse setup -> FIFSAddrRegistrar
no address setup + reverse setup -> Set reverse on registration rnsdomains/rns-rskregistrar#40
address setup + reverse setup -> Set addr and reverse on registration rnsdomains/rns-rskregistrar#41

Different combinations must choose the correct registrars.
