0.6 Release

I'd like to release v0.6 of rsmpi - I think all I want is to finish merging these pull requests. So if I could get reviews on each of those PRs, merge them, and we can go ahead and cut a release.

• Require safe transmutability traits for buffers #79
• Terminate execution when scoped requests are leaked. #77
• Support for #[derive(Equivalence)] to allow Rust structs to be sent directly over MPI #52

At the danger of making this a never ending story, I would suggest including #96 here.

the current release in crates.io is not compilable, this is very bad.
please create a new release that makes it compilable again.

#96 is already done. #79 is complex but necessary to avoid unsoundness in the current API.

If you need a version that has the latest build fixes, I think using a Git dependencies to the master branch here is your best choice for now.

is there any chance that we will see a 0.6 release on crates.io?
Would be very helpful, especially if you want to release crates that depend on this library.

We have CI again and I'd like to make a release soon, at least within the next couple weeks, even without #79 (which has stalled in a state that's hard for me to assess).

After a long lapse, I think we're converging here. #100 has been updated with a changelog in preparation for v0.6.
