daily builds for RStudio Server

Just wanted to throw this one out there since dailies are pretty commonly used by the community for RStudio Server. It could also be useful for internal testing purposes.

Thoughts:

• Maybe a daily tag... we could also tag version numbers? Or not, as that may get confusing for users
• We could also make this a completely separate image... rstudio/rstudio-server-pro-daily and just tweak the version numbers somehow / keep the same codebase
  • Random idea. A pre_build hook that overwrites the version number with the latest version available only if the tag or image being built is daily
• Drop the idea and do this elsewhere 😄
