Hello,

I have two files "Untitled 2" in the source editor, and no way to select the second one by clicking on its tab:

bugrstudio

System details

RStudio Edition : Desktop
RStudio Version : RStudio 2023.09.1+494 "Desert Sunflower" Release (cd7011dce393115d3a7c3db799dda4b1c7e88711, 2023-10-16) for windows Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) RStudio/2023.09.1+494 Chrome/116.0.5845.190 Electron/26.2.4 Safari/537.36
OS Version : Windows 10
R Version : 4.3.1

Steps to reproduce the problem

I don't remember how I created these two untitled files.

Describe the problem in detail

Clicking on the tab of the second file does nothing.

Describe the behavior you expected

The file should be selected when clicking on its tab.

  • I have read the guide for submitting good bug reports.
  • I have installed the latest version of RStudio, and confirmed that the issue still persists.
  • If I am reporting an RStudio crash, I have included a diagnostics report.
  • I have done my best to include a minimal, self-contained set of instructions for consistently reproducing the issue.
