I've tried custom HTML UI with example 8 and also with my own bare bones example. I get the following:

runExample("08_html")

Listening on port 8100
Error: argument "handler" is missing, with no default

I'm using shiny 0.1.1, websockets 1.1.4 on R 2.15.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Thanks, I can repro. Investigating now.

Fixed in 0.1.2. The source package has been posted to the download page, the Windows binary package should be coming within the hour.

Thanks for the report!
