What is the expected behavior?

Do not scroll when switching accordion activation panel

What is the current behavior?

Page scroll when switching accordion panel

What are the steps to reproduce?

open the example: https://rsuitejs.com/components/panel/#Accordion%20effect
click 'Panel 2' panel, then page will scroll up
