[question] Variable severity and or tags imfile

Question/feature request/guide/Or link to documentation.
I have the following log import file.

Configured in /etc/rsyslog.d/traccar.conf

      File="/var/log/traccar/tracker-server.log"
      Tag="traccar-server"
      Severity="warning"
      Facility="local7")

Now the Tag and Severity is fixed I like it to take its value from the file....

2019-12-26 10:05:58 DEBUG: validationTimeout...............
2019-12-26 10:05:58  INFO: 
2019-12-26 10:05:58 DEBUG:

There are the following levels

SEVERE (highest value)
WARNING
INFO
CONFIG
FINE
FINER

I read about rulesets but the seems to be about what to log where. I think it can be done with this but can't find a good example or guide.
I suspect it's not possible ? IF so is this anything that might be worthwhile implementing in feature release ?

properties (https://www.rsyslog.com/doc/master/configuration/properties.html): priorities, facilities and severities, cannot be changed, once have been set for an event,
You can parse your event, set your custom variable to keep your custom levels and handle the event based on it.
ruleset has noting related, ruleset is routine/function to be called when needed.
