feature: add formatter rules for aligning items in `deflayermap` #26

For example, it would format from this:

(deflayermap (test123) 
  a -> (multi (release-key lctl) M-1)
  spc -> met
  q ->  M-1
  caps -> lctl
)

to this:

(deflayermap (test234) 
  a    -> (multi (release-key lctl) M-1)
  spc  -> met
  q    -> M-1
  caps -> lctl
)
