在https://github.com/RT-Thread-packages/samples/tree/master/peripheral/serial 找不到设备应用笔记文档（就是https://github.com/RT-Thread/IoT_Board/tree/master/docs 这里的串口设备应用笔记，通用GPIO设备应用笔记等等文档）对应的代码了，能否再上传一下
