Filters do not Work on Subdomains (v4.0+)

When accessing a subdomain of deviantART, the filters are missing completely. Opening the Manage Filters modal shows an empty list of filtered users, and browsing to a filtered user's profile page does not filter their thumbnails.

These are some of the instances where deviantART uses a subdomain:

• Viewing a user's (or group's) profile
• Viewing individual deviations and journals
• Viewing the forums

This is caused by localStorage being domain-specific, where sub-domains are NOT considered the same as the primary domain.
