List all running projects

I use mutagen projects heavily in my day to day workflow, one thing I find frustrating is that there's no global view of all started projects. Mutagen is often the largest user of memory, CPU, and energy on my laptop so I've started trying to shut down projects I'm not actively working on (I jump between projects a lot), so this would be a huge help in tracking down which projects are still syncing!
