uwsgi-plugin-http error on bootstrap

cap rubber:bootstrap fails and gives me the following error:

Package uwsgi-plugin-http is not available but is referrenced to by another package. This may mean the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source

However the following packages replace it:
uwsgi-core

E: Package 'uwsgi-plugin-http' has no installation candidate.
