Checks result in timeout

Since about 15 hours i am getting timeouts that give the following message (this is the storage check):
RUBRIK_CLUSTER_STORAGE UNKNOWN: APICallException: The Rubrik cluster did not respond to the API request in the allotted amount of time. To fix this issue, increase the timeout value.

I have put a 60 seconds timeout on i as well as a 180 second one. When i set it to 60 or 180 seconds the command finishes within 15 seconds regardless.

I manually logged in with the user made for these API checks and that works fine (local account)

It looks like the checks don't respect the set timeout.

Please let me know how i can help this issue (such as loggings or such)
