repo 里面没有放 emoji 相关的图标 #243

看网页源码似乎 emoji 不是以 sprite 的形式保存的，咋不放到 repo 里面来呢？

这是个 Feature, 故意这么做的，Emoji 文件基本不会有变动，之前已经发到 CDN 上面去了的，为了节省部署过程的时间，我故意在 config/environments/production.rb 里面让预编译排除掉 Emoji 相关的文件
