We are still deciding on which email service to use, but the code for this can be started to the extent possible before that decision is made. We can test email locally.

What type of user is this for? [volunteer/supervisor/admin/all]
all, but mostly volunteers

Where does/should this occur?
Email template will inform style for all system emails.

Description
Create email signature for all system emails.

Screenshots
Signature for all email should look something like this (but smaller) and should contain the logo below:
