Part of epic #4

What type of user is this for? [volunteer/supervisor/admin/all]
admin, supervisors post MVP

Where does/should this occur?
On the edit volunteer page for admins.

Description
Admins should be able to unassign current volunteer from a casa_case on the Editing Volunteer page. Under case assignments, a button with text: Unassign should display.

Clicking this button should prompt a dialogue box that says:

Are you sure you want to unassign [Volunteer Name] from this CASA case? Doing so will remove all case contact history from this volunteer's account and prevent them from logging any future case contacts.

Do you wish to proceed?

[button: yes - red] [button: no - blue]
