We need to provide some visual feedback to users:

  • when there are unsaved changes
  • while saving
  • when all changes are saved

- rely on hasDirtyAttributes property
- wait promise fulfilment before recursive call
- use autosaveEnabled  flag in summary to disable autosave on individual components
- wrap all common behavior in mixin

@lmerriam I'm closing this for now, although a few refinements on styles might be needed. Will leave it up to your fantasy :-)
