Add the last distribution date to the superuser's organization view

Why

This is informational. It is an indicator of whether the organization is active, and will help us with our messaging when vetting new accounts.

Details

There will be some orgs with no distribution. Put "No distributions" instead of the date in that case.

Criteria for completion

• last distribution date for the organization appears on superuser's organization view
• tests to support
