Hello,

It seems that rubygems.org is not responding to some of my servers. Here's a tcpdump for you to consider: https://www.cloudshark.org/captures/795e80127332

curl https://rubygems.org/

seems to work fine; except with rubygems.org.

Also, I got confirmations from 3 different ISPs. It works for some; not all.

Which OS are you on and what's the version of the ca-certificates package?

CentOS 6.5 x86_64
rpm -q ca-certificates
ca-certificates-2013.1.95-65.1.el6_5.noarch

Fedora 20 x86_64
rpm -q ca-certificates
ca-certificates-2013.1.97-1.fc20.noarch

Other tests where done with other versions (the 3 ISPs). Some friends did it and I don't have the details.

I did the other tests:

Fedora release 18 (Spherical Cow)
ca-certificates-2013.1.95-1.fc18.noarch

Fedora release 20 (Heisenbug)
ca-certificates-2013.1.97-1.fc20.noarch

I noticed it just worked on all 7 servers. Thanks!
