Follow up of #28.

多虧@bih00425的幫忙，讓dataTables總算可以正常顯示，但是一波未平一波又起，又有了新問題，dataTables的jQuery在page每次開啟時都沒有work，需要我做reload page後效果才會正常。

補充一下，這個頁面不是網站的首頁，而是其他功能的頁面。
我懷疑會不會是Turbolinks搞的鬼

果然是Turbolinks搞的鬼，把Turbolinks從Gemfile裏移除跟把application.js裡跟Turbolinks有關的也移除後就正常了
