dates of submitted/processing/completed in review.html

It would be good to have three more entries in the "review.html" list of jobs, namely a column on whether the job was submitted/processing/completed. I envisage something like

submitted processing completed
20/04/2018 21/04/2018

for a jobs that is not yet completed.

This has now been implemented on the test server. Changes had to be made to the database, production side database will also need updating at next pull requests. Will look into modifying the CI to automatically update the production server.
