To replicate use wget --recursive --no-parent https://icer.ink/media1.clubpenguin.com/play/v2/games/quests/ to grab all the necessary files and then run ruffle /q3/quest.swf, enter the office

scroll until you find the couch

grab the floppy disc and put it in your inventory

leave the couch and scroll along to find the computer

put the floppy disc inside the computer

and turn it on and see that no text displays correctly
