Vivaldi-No Toolbar icon needed for On Click

Hi,
I looking for a blacklist and whitelist, essentially want my style sheet to run on all sites except entered domains. There's only a few sites I don't want the style on.

I though to select the setting On Click, expecting it to be global as default then on site I not want it, click Off but there's no toolbar icon in Vivaldi as expected.

What's the solution?

Huh! I didn't realize this extension would work in Vivaldi. I'm still a bit confused but maybe it would help if you can describe the following:

1. What steps did you attempt to do?
2. What did you expect to happen?
3. What actually happened?
